Today in 1865 the Talyllyn Railway received its Act of Parliament and officially opened!

And now, many years later, day 1 of our Anything Goes Gala has come to an end with a stunning quadruple header - with more to come tomorrow!!

But the Republican reconciliation bill still includes plans for fossil fuel leases and timber sales on millions of acres of public lands and waters—including in ecologically sensitive places like the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska's Arctic, and old growth forests. The fight isn't over.

After backlash from Americans across the political spectrum—including major pushback from outdoorsy conservatives—Senator Mike Lee of Utah has dropped his proposal to sell off more than a million acres of public lands.

Note: Such procedures, typically limited to top surgery and in some rare cases, bottom surgery at 17 before going to college, are legal.

Victory! The Trump U.S.D.A is restoring the critical climate data it unlawfully deleted--after we took them to court. Now farmers will once again have access to the information that they need to plan, survive, and adapt.

The Rev W Awdry's Railway Series Weekend is well underway & Sir Handel looks VERY pleased with himself, having reached Nant Gwernol on time!

The free exhibition is open 10am - 5:30pm in the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum & Rusty the little diesel is shunting the yard at Wharf.
