10 4 gauge plugs in left ear, 6 d rings in left eyebrow, 3 in right eyebrow (don't normally wear jewelry in these), both sides of upper nostrils, septum, both sides of nose with a chain across, 4 4 gauge plugs in right ear, 4 in lower lip, both nipples (original jewelry in these for 22 years now)
