This does not appear to be true. The GOP didn't field a candidate at all in 47A, hence it is just the DFLer vs write-ins; there is no MAGA candidate there. In 64A, the GOP candidate is beating write-ins.

So there are two state house special elections in MN today. However the suburban one is actually unopposed (went 61/39 D last time) and that would have been the most interesting outcome to see. The urban one is being contested but went 83/17 D last time. I am expecting Assad margins this time.
