JD Vance wants to use the 25th Amendment to become president. Stephen Miller wants to exploit Trump’s dementia to run the country himself. Call it the new checks and balances.

Blue cities should tear up the roads in front of ICE facilities and then start decades of community engagement and input sessions to rebuild them. Let's harness our core competencies.

Funding is a major, underappreciated contributor to the high construction costs and long timelines that hold back electrification. In our new policy paper, Against Patchwork Funding, we propose a smarter way to fund rail: Multi-year Investment Frameworks. 🧡 calelectricrail.org/against-patc...

The best thing for Texas would be if Trump banned the Democratic Party and we had the opportunity to start over and build a new-coalition from scratch without all the legacy baggage. That's the only way for progressives to win statewide. Maybe we'll get lucky if the GOP runs a crook against talarico

Yeah, I read the post dev breakdowns on.. maybe Bloomberg gaming? I suppose it's not surprising but it's tragic that a studio that could have been so successful for so long can be derailed so hard. Still, just found out the creators have their own studio now. Looking forward to that.

The way he was loved during that meltdown period really shows you how hungry people were for someone to rally against polite social culture. It's great though to see how well he is doing now.

My takeaway from the brilliantly honest #CharlieSheen #netflix documentary is that if he hadn't stopped doing pills and worked on his live show "winning" act then he could have won the GOP nomination for president in 2016.

@realDonald Trump
I can't believe ABC Fake News gave Jimmy Kimmel his job back. The White House was told by ABC that his Show was cancelled!
Something happened between then and now because his audience is GONE, and his
"talent" was never there. Why would they want someone back who does so poorly, who's not funny, and who puts the Network in jeopardy by playing 99% positive Democrat GARBAGE. He is yet another arm of the DNC and, to the best of my knowledge, that would be a major Illegal Campaign Contribution. I think we're going to test ABC out on this. Let's see how we do.
Last time I went after them, they gave me $16 Million Dollars. This one sounds even more lucrative. A true bunch of losers! Let Jimmy Kimmel rot in his bad Ratings.

Trump says the White House was "told by ABC that (Kimmel's) show was cancelled."

He is now vowing to use the government to go after ABC over allowing Kimmel back on the air, and is citing ABC's previous decision to cave to his bullshit lawsuit and give him $16 million.

Far-right whites may have secretly rejoiced.
Even politicians like the Georgia governor and local lawmakers, who had been active in attracting factories, have shifted their stance and sympathized with their grievances. This is likely because it's difficult to ignore the anti-immigrant sentiment of native Americans. Like the McCarthyism that swept through American society in the 1950s, irrational madness dominates American society. The recent visa issue, which could have been resolved diplomatically with advance notice from an ally, is difficult to explain beyond political maneuvering. The fact that they mobilized helicopters and armored vehicles for show, as if they had been caught, is difficult to explain.

I love it turning industrial use new construction is a good thing. Both are, the bottom development and we’re looking at a huge part of the city in 30 years. Maybe even a mlb stadium at dog’s head with a red line connection.

It’ll be interesting to see the downstream effects at dogs head, but there will be a water treatment pond at the pump station under 183 before the water is released back into the river. It should also help take some of the burden from the Waller Creek tunnel.

Txdot is going to start building the new 35 ped bridge over the lake at festival beach in about a year and opening it in 2 years. Trail closures only expected during the day 3 times a year for up to a week each. That part though will last until 2033 when the project is finished.
