A fantastic day out at the F1 Exhibition in London. Thanks Sam Turpie for a fab Christmas present! It was fun to relive my weekends watching the Grand Prix as a child, and to enjoy learning many more fascinating facts about the evolution of F1 from your amazing knowledge! 🏎️🏁

First hike of the year! Ascended through a Narnia like Cardrona Forest up to Birkscairn Hill and back. Bitterly cold on the hill but a beautiful blue sky and great views of snow capped tops in all directions.

Happy New Year! First run of 2025. First run since turning 50. A leisurely wander up Cardrona Forest this evening. Fresh, -1°C, some snow underfoot higher up, and an amazing night sky in all directions. Invigorating!
