I know our heat pump is the primary heat source but we have a furnace as the backup for when it's too cold
At least youre getting plenty of outside time with the shoveling though ð
Hope things lighten up for ya soon ð

I'm a firm believer people should have access to art and the things we create. Here's a full, free, downloadable PDF of Beneath the Grove CH. 1. Save it, print it for yourself, share with your buds- whatever! Have a happy Friday!!

Been using affinity for my 2D art stuff on Little Rock Shop and most of the time it's fine but lately my files have gotten to the point where there are too many art boards and saving starts to chug ð

Been stuck on some of the shopkeeping/crafting mechanics for Little Rock Shop, and visited Moore Than Rocks in Kent, WA to get some inspiration and ideas ð
My little one helped me pick out some tumbled rocks to try to add into the game as well!

Maybe you could add a lock on button that would rotate to face the next platform? Even as a little accessibility thing, because I know as a kid playing Zelda, Z targeting was my lifeblood

I recently discovered the transform orientation menu and was like "ah, this would have helped me so many times"
Who knew those little menus up there packed such a punch ð

Ducks floating in a flooded park

Having #ADHD and doing #gamedev (especially solo) feels a lot like being Sisyphus, but also accidentally letting the boulder roll down the hill cause you weren't quite fully paying attention
There's not a single thing I work on that stays one thing. It always branches into at least 3 more ð
Clearing a clogged storm drain of leaves and yard debris so the flooded street can drain is so satisfying ð
All ya need are boots, a bucket, and a rake!

I get accidentally leaving trash behind, but people who just dump trash in forests and natural areas should be forced to go clean it and at least one other spot

HEY I'M ANNOUNCING MY COOL NEW INDIE GAME
Kick back, relax, and get cleaning solo or with friends! The multiverse is a messy place, and when things get dirty the S.K.R.U.B. Squad is there!
Please wishlist and share, it really helps a whole lot! ððð

I think with unique mechanics, tutorials help to educate but also provide a refresher for players. Maybe they missed something the first time they did the tutorial, or theyre coming back after not playing for a month or two.
Some games let you slip past the whole tutorial area if you want ð
I did! It was something I had added a default parameter to, so I wouldn't get a compile error ð
Thankfully a pretty simple fix once I found it ðĪŠ
