Weirdly balancing being sad and also focusing on the minutiae of everything to not be sad is a challenge.

I want to be able to say "it's going to be okay," but she is going to die someday and no matter how much I don't want that, it is what it is.

So we did a needle aspiration and just got test results back today.

More than a little devastated but also that she *is* an old dog and we still have some options to look at for treatment.

I took her in for her checkup and have the vet look at a bump that was nearby her scar from the last time she had surgery for her mast cell tumor, and the vet found that one of her lymph nodes was enlarged

Epona has cancer again :(
