I spent today at the Creative Parks in Huashan and Songshan. The popup shops were a lot of fun but my favorite experience was definitely Ninagawa Mika's solo exhibition (ft rare image of my shoes)

It started pouring the moment the bus stopped so my shoes immediately got fully soaked. It was rough but thankfully it also meant less tourists! So that's a partial win

I touched an inordinate amount of grass today (30k steps!!) but the sunset from Treasure Hill was gorgeous 😭✨

I spent a lot more hours at the zoo than I expected even in spite of the 27383883 children there on their school field trips! Some of my favorites (Kaku voice: I love giraffes)

Since the weather looked alright, I went to the zoo! The pangolin were all asleep but a nice elder who worked here explained all their lore 👌✨

Currently ducked into a tea house to wait out the rain -- conclusion: I am not very good at pouring tea correctly

Taiwan trip thread: I was scammed by the weather report so it started hella pouring when I got to Jiufen 😔✌️

It's because some of the scenarios in QQGK can be a little bit scary but the main characters are so overpowered you never really feel like they're in danger so ymmv if it's what you enjoy but I personally enjoyed HDJSKSKKS
