We're a team that ships goals like it's going out of fashion and looks like what he is - very inexperienced - defensively. Not the time to expose him to making more mistakes in a team with zero confidence.

100% agree. He was badly exposed a few times defensively and while that's fine for a promising young player it's very much not what we or he needs right now.

If you acknowledge you're well off because of luck or circumstances beyond your control you have to accept that you are in fact not special. That's a tough thing to do for some folk, so easier to point at other people.

Folk with money generally believe they deserve to have it. They discount luck and circumstance and attribute being well off to them working hard. Extension of this is they also believe folk without money don't deserve it, because they haven't worked hard enough. And then you get us/them at scale.
