I do appreciate that but the nature of our parliamentary democracy is that parties put forward their policies in a manifesto for voters to consider. If we had an election every time a party changes a leader it would cost the country a fortune in election costs and parliament would be stymied!

Much as I disliked them, no. We vote for parties not PMs.
