Wrong question.
Voting is a right. Why does the GOP want to interfere with the right to vote? They can't answer that question.
They know that it is poor people who typically cannot provide the documents. They know poor people vote for Democrats. That's why they want to interfere with voting rights.
The GOP is pushing their voter suppression bill called the SAVE Act based on the lie that non-citizens are voting in large numbers. Utah knows it is a lie.
