Mostly I use real pics (sometimes a bit modified) and import them in Decker - it applies this dithering style automatically. But you can also use tools like ditherit.com for example

Doing the centennial health check-up

Made a small thing for a Galician game jam (don't worry, it's also in English).

The theme was making a game based on a short story about someone trying to remember an odd childhood story about fishing a giant octopus.
