Is there a CLI/scriptable way to easily turn a date into a #Misskey/#Sharkey note ID? I need to clean out old notes in my database, and I did this once before with @dakkar@s.thenautilus.net's help. But I lost the SQL query/code snippet to encode the date to an ID.

For #sharkey, What are the current database indices that should be used to speed up database-backed full text search? It seems to have become a bit slow again.
