Think you got that backwards, NM added free pre-k in 2019,colorado added in 2023. NM started free school meals in 2023, not sure on colorado. NM first on universal free daycare/child care which CO doesn't have. NM was also the first state providing free college tuition which CO doesn't offer.

We already have free pre k, this is out of school childcare care along with removing income caps on free pre k

The way the medical system is set up it will be almost impossible for 1 state to provide free Healthcare.

Yes Central New Mexico community college which will be much closer than Santa Fe. You might also check UNM Valencia campus which is part of the university but run more as a community college.
