Finished “Lies of P” twice now and what stood out to me more than the perfect combat and cat-petting was how excellent Hotel Krat was as a hub world
Cohesive to navigate and the brilliant record player allowed me to stay engaged and make my visits as cinematic and moody as the boss fights.
With just “Departure Songs” and “Triumph & Disaster” #welostthesea already solidified themselves as the greatest Post Rock band
Now they have an album trilogy that further demonstrates how they are in a league of their own. This was worth the wait, and I am shaken to my core.
