Creating music occasionally and playing a few video games on easy mode. Working in the nonprofit sector to help end homelessness via housing first & harm reduction. Politically progressive. Sometimes I say funny things, but you probably had to be there.

the actual story here, which the media never talks about, is that police in this country have become a discrete right-wing political operation. the story isn't about cops leaving (they're lying about that), it's about the police trying to exert influence over elections.

Fuck ICE. When this regime ends - and it absolutely will - all of these dorks need to be prosecuted for aiding and abetting terror in our country. No legal mercy.

Billionaires should never be listened to, even if they occasionally say agreeable things. Just another clueless dork.

I appreciate how often @repemilyrandall.bsky.social reminds us that we voted for a real one in WA-6. She puts in the work and keeps it honest and authentic.

Probably fine as long as you include some trinkets as an offering. Toenail clippings, a mummified gerbil, one of those tiny bibles weirdos used to hand out 100ft away from school property, but dipped in tar and adorned with feathers - all pretty choice options.

Cool that you're carrying water for fascists by obscuring who is responsible for the political violence. The fascists have no problem naming us and you as an enemy, but you just can't bring yourself to coordinate any defence. And you absolutely refuse to attempt any offense. We're so cooked.

I don't recall losing my shit, nor being played. I just stated what actually happened in response to a part of the article I read.

But thanks for the unsolicited advice, I guess.

They think the party moved too far left after the felon's first term? I must have missed that when we elected renowned centrist Joe Biden and again when Kamala Harris campaigned with the Cheneys and lost.

Advocating for something more parliamentary in nature might go far with the electorate. Almost everybody, left and right, despises the two-party winner-takes-all system we currently have, and we're seeing the worst of its limitations right now.

The only patriotic thing left for you to do is retire. That's not snark, it's just reality. You are not equipped for this moment. Your weak and gutless leadership deserves a lot of blame for allowing it to get this bad. Please, for the country, retire.

I send that kind of language out when I'm processing payroll and need a manager to approve their supervisees' timesheets.
