the main problem with generative AI is how well it meshes with American/Capitalist culture. Workers don't have the time or energy to learn a skill, and they turn to material goods, but they run out of things to consume. AI "fixes" these problems by distracting you with their products, images, etc

Putting together a new dresser

I wanna be a little clearer, I'm not stepping back bc I've been playing too much and I wanna waste time somewhere else (although that's a little true), I just haven't been giving myself time to be an adult. I'm in a very important phase of my life and I need to utilize it more

I kept my room free of food, no rats/roaches, but there was an insane amount of junk and like little wrappers that became a cesspool for mold. I ended up deep cleaning my room recently and I found mold on a chair, under my bed, on windows, possibly on a rug, and on my dresser.

Over the past month I've also been working on my self care a lot. I've been depressed for like 10 years at this point and neither me nor my parents have done anything about it. It got bad enough where my room basically became a biohazard (I'm not asmongold don't worry)

I think I need to take some time away from smash. I've had near flawless attendance at my local for years at this point and I also try to go to as many practice nights for my college esports team. Having 4/7 of my evenings taken by smash is very fatiguing at this moment

i love how competitive the local smash scene is getting, its getting a little hard to tell who #1 will be at the end of the season and we've only just begun. every tournament has a player mu hypercube with like 6 people that all beat eachother in different ways. fuckin electric man

I think I need to enforce my gameplan more/better. I've been trying to relearn smash bros by trying to play like sparg0, but I feel like after a few days I made my gameplay more polarizing instead of better/worse. My peaks are insane but my weaknesses got worse.

I got 9th at NTC 25, where I won my pool over Galaxxyss and Galaxy90 and went 0-2 in main bracket losing to Jane Doe and Project 7 (both game 5).
