Formerly lots of different things. Once a believer in the collective wisdom of the American people. The 2024 election cured me of that delusion. I am against ignorance, apathy, cruelty, and selfishness. Almost anything else is welcome in my boat.

Save yourself a copy of the Lincoln Project's promo piece for the Epstein Ballroom. It's one for the history books.

It's not nearly as much as the man deserves, but in his world this has to hurt big time. It's way better than nothing.

Consider it an alternate ending. An alternative fact? Instead of breaking the crowd's delusion about the emperor's invisible robes when the little boy cries out that he's naked, the people just shake their heads and watch while ICE trucks pull up and haul the kid away.

It's more than 50 years since I've spent any time in Chicago. I remember standing in a crowd on Rush St with friends. The Platters were headlining one of the clubs. It was packed. The club owners put huge speakers out on the street for us. It felt like heaven. Like Paris before the Nazis came.

If you believe Obama's basketball court cost us a penny more than 1/1000 of the price of Trump's ballroom, you're not worth even arguing with. Bye bye forever.

I disagreed with lots of Reagan's policies, but whenever he represented us on the world stage, that man always made me proud. I find it deeply offensive that his name be invoked alongside that of little piss ant JD Vance, as if they were equals.

We had wise leaders once. They made the 25th Amendment for a situation exactly like this one. Unfortunately, the wise leaders are mostly gone now. As for me, I wonder if we wouldn't be better off if some patriotic, sane generals staged a military coup.

What's not to love? How's about throwing the book at the big shots who helped Trump do his crimes? A super DOJ that goes after crooked federal judges, even SCOTUS? And ditch that idiot rule about not indicting sitting presidents. No more child molesters or serial rapists allowed.

The little monkey forgot about the gag he's supposed to put in his mouth to complete the routine. He can't even play dumb right. Poor little Speaker Mike.

Exactly. Please keep all the MAGA trolls away. Let them all frolic away at Mar-a-Lago. Or the Epstein Ballroom.

So was Lindsey Graham. And Clarence Thomas climbed up the Affirmative Ladder, through Holy Cross and Yale Law School. And then yanked the ladder up behind him the first chance he got.
I'VE GOT MINE, SO TO HELL WITH YOU, IS JUST HOW REPUBLICANS ROLL. FEEL LIKE "REACHING OUT" TO THEM?

Never wait. Opportunity doesn't. Do whatever you can, whenever you can, to trip up the bloviating gasbag of an emperor and the sad wretches who bite each other's backs in a race to do his bidding. I'm with you, Oregon.

CBP Boss Bovino has been ordered to make DAILY visits to Court by Chicago Judge Sara Ellis. She wants regular explanations from him for the atrocities against Chicagoans that his agents inflict everyday. With verified videos on TV, to boot. How many good judges like Sara Ellis are still there?

Government web sites blame Democrats for the Epstein Shutdown. Republicans cancelled funding for SNAP, Medicaid, and everything else that the American people ACTUALLY need. And, at the same time, they blame Democrats for their loss. ANYBODY FOR REACHING ACROSS THE AISLE? MAYBE WITH A FUMIGATOR?

Republicans were the ones who coined the moniker Obamacare for the ACA. They did it as an insult, which is just their way of doing things, but the name stuck, Republicans get off on confusing their voters, indifferent to how much grief it brings. REPUBLICANS ARE OUT FOR THEMSELVES & THEIR DONORS.

29.10.2025 12:21 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

That goes for millions of MAGAs who receive SNAP benefits, but think food stamps are something different. Something that only immigrants and brown people get. Wait for the surprised Tik Toks when the cuts come. And what about not knowing that the ACA is the same thing as Obamacare? Too bad.

The reason we have the 22nd Amendment is because of Republicans. FDR won big 4 times in a row. Another Democrat like him was their biggest nightmare. Somebody tell Trump what IRONY means.
Fun Fact. Traitors tried to stage a coup to get FDR out. On J6, traitors tried a coup to keep Trump in.

It'll be an actual no shit sherlock miracle if any of these people ever vote for a Democrat. Or a person of color. Or a woman. But if they just stay home without voting for anybody at all, the damage that they do will be minimized.

29.10.2025 11:52 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

The best estimate: 20% of the families in Speaker Mike's home district in Louisiana are on SNAP. So maybe a few hundred MAGAs with fire in their bellies -- and nothing else but -- will lose their tempers. Maybe they'll pay a J6-type visit to Speaker Mike's. IT'S "LEGITIMATE POLITICAL DISCOURSE."

Nearly 800,000 taxpaying Arizonans have no representation in the People's House. All thanks to the Pusillanimous Pussy of the House. Bravo, Speaker Mike. Here's hoping the Arizona State AG skewers you personally with her lawsuit. Maybe Trump will help with your legal bills. Ask him, punk.

Stressed-out federal employees like air traffic controllers & food safety inspectors are being forced to report to work everyday without a paycheck. But it's all of us being forced to sit on Trump's landmine. He's stiffed employees his whole life. That's his way. BUT IS IT STILL SAFE TO FLY?

When FDR died, millions of Americans in every state hugged each other on the street and cried. Total strangers. My parents were there. There's a famous story about a reporter interviewing a mourner. Why are you crying, the reporter asked. Did you know FDR? No, said the man, but he knew me.

Have they already run out of former Proud Boys and future Timothy McVeighs? If only that were true. But the truth is that most of the applicants can't pass a cub scout physical. Some master race.

FDR died 80 years ago. The Republican Party still fears his ghost. And, sad to say, so does the so-called leadership of the Democratic Party. That's why they and a cohort of the Democratic Party's MAGA billionaires like Michael Bloomberg are doing their best to sabotage Zohran Mamdani.

29.10.2025 06:02 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 2    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Back then billionaires were content with their bribes and corrupt politicians. Nowadays they want ownership of the government itself. The worst SCOTUS in American history, bar none, greased the skids for them big time. Everybody knows that money talks. But Citizens United made it the last word.

FDR never tried to "triangulate." The oligarchs of his day -- the Malefactors of Great Wealth -- hated FDR's guts. He didn't care. He didn't try to cozy up to bankers like Clinton & Obama did. FDR told the greedy that he "welcomed their hatred." He won big 4 times. Republicans still fear him.
