This will be a gradual process over the next couple of weeks, so if you don't hear back today, don't panic. Once you receive a confirmation you'll have 7 days to pay, please do so promptly!

Well that was a night to remember! You crushed our first server instantly, but our back-up option stood strong with you. And there were LOTS of you! In our first five minutes we registered more people than joined us in total for our first time in Glasgow in 2022! So, what's next?

I also don't get why you spend extra time to phone. Or email. Or physically walk up to me, just to ask if they should raise this as a ticket?

It doesn't fucking matter if it shouldn't be one. Just do it. And then you'll get your answer regardless.

They won't. Despite being told on Monday from head Office that we are no longer allowed to help them unless they raise a ticket.

They will forget about this, and then come back in September and start crying cus nothing works.

Perfect reason why you should just use the fucking helpdesk.

Two people today have passed me in the corridors saying there is an issue with their phones.

I have forgotten who has said this and what is wrong because something much more important came up.

It certainly doesn't look great right now. But them last two original leaves are still refusing to fall off, but I am afraid to cut them...in case it needs them right now before it can get going itself.

Oh I am so happy with that.

Wanted to try and see if I could get something to grow from a cutting off my Oak Tree...and its taken a while...but its happened. The top of that is completely new growth that only showed up in the last week.
