I felt similarly to that when I found out there was a Dragalia Lost private server, and after I finally started playing it I was like "...the feeling is gone" and just could not enjoy it again. It sucked cause I fucking LOVED Dragalia Lost and I still miss it.

I'm a fighter.
My voice has value.
I am worthy of support.

On one hand I need to believe this in order to survive spiritually. But much more immediately and pressingly I need OTHERS to believe this in order to survive materially.

I throw everything I have into it because otherwise I disappear.

Fucking same. Huge fucking same.

This game was my lifeblood for the past 15 years, it kept me going through so many dark times, so many layoffs, so much heartbreak, the pandemic, you name it.

And now it's just a stress point to even look at it.

It hurts so much. I wish I still enjoyed it. But I can't keep my sub anymore.

I literally only ever log in these days once a month just to make sure I don't lose my personal house or my FC house. Because if I cancelled my sub, I would lose both of those and I've put so much love and effort into them to just lose them by doing what Yoshi-P says to do and "play other things".

This is the first time in over a decade that I've ever seen this page. I've had to let my sub lapse for a month here and a month there in the past, but I've never *purposely* ever cancelled my subscription to FF14 ever since 1.0 came out.

Fuck, I wish the FF14 housing system wasn't so predatory.
