Absolutely nothing whatsoever. The League Cup has not now, nor has it ever had, any bearing on qualification for the Champions League.

If I want to leave Birmingham at ~6pm I can get the 18:01 from BSW but not the 17:57 from BMO, despite being the same train and tickets to ‘Birmingham’ covering both stations and being the same fare, because the peak rules say ‘leaving Birmingham 1645-1800’ for WMR services

So the press spend a whole month telling us that Rachel Reeves is about to end the world and then blame the lack of the end of the world on Rachel Reeves?

For the nth time, I despair.

My guess would be because it’s associated with football and so they want to appeal to football fans 🤷

I accept some blame for not paying attention but seriously what’s the point in this sign if 2-car trains don’t stop anywhere near it? If they did, I wouldn’t have just missed one, because it would have been in my peripheral vision.

Was Wildlife any good? I hated the book!
