That is the period when festival season is over, so somewhat quiet. I would recommend searching on the web for activities that interest you and then picking from there. From exploring neighborhoods, to walking, biking, etc many choices. Parks, walk or bike along the Lachine Canal, Jean-Talon market

3+hr nice bike ride on two bridges in Montreal. Pont Champlain and Jacques-Cartier.
From Montreal to Brossard and Longueuil and back to Montreal. Nice easy ride only complication is extreme difficult in getting to start of Pont Champlain bike path starting point.
Alps are melting? For now, still good skiing. This year first week of March was good at Avoriaz and Morzine too. Just 90 minutes from Geneva so easier to get to from an airport.

10 km from Montreal, accessible on the bike trail, is this large Parc Rene-Levesque. Worth visiting to see the sculptures, for the adjacent Lachine canal Historic site, and a couple of museums.
