It has been said that a therapist cannot take a patient further than they themselves have gone. Perhaps this also applies to a therapist’s 𝑀𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 to change. If we cannot be moved, we cannot move others. Rigidity can be contagious, as can change.
