I know what y'all going thru. My son has it bad and we live in a tropical climate. It's a nightmare. Restricting diet helps a bit. Avoiding flour, sugar & dairy but no fun.

I don't. Hand soaps and shower gels at the moment but I'm not in the US. Is your eczema bad? My son has it very bad. The only thing that helps him that isn't a steroid is Dupixant.
