DATE AND TIME CHANGE FOR MY OFFICE HOUR!

Between Thanksgiving and other scheduling issues, I'm moving the November office hour to Monday, December 1, and changing the time to 6p to 7p at the Canaan Library.

Just a reminder I'll be at the Canaan Town Library, NH, tomorrow evening to talk with anyone who has a question or issue with state or county government.

Mascoma Valley Regional School District, like so many others, is having trouble finding school bus drivers, which is why I proposed introducing this legislation highlighted in Friday's Valley News.

EFA enrollment nearly doubles, hits cap in new law A new state law making Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs) available to anyone sparked record growth in families applying for the taxpayer-funded subsidies, according to the program’s administrator.

As we warned, this was inevitable. NH Republicans deliberately underfunded vouchers to hide the impact on taxpayers.

Vouchers are now millions over budget, so YOUR taxes will rise to foot the bill for the super rich's private-school tuition.
