Two federal judges ruled the Trump administration must use existing funds to pay SNAP benefits.

NH Gov. Kelly Ayotte refused to sign onto the lawsuit, capitulating to Trump.

A horizontal bar chart titled “WelcomePAC Funding Sources” showing $11.29M in total funding from FEC data. The largest share comes from “Billionaires & Heirs” at $6.01M, represented by a long purple bar. Next is “Hedge Funds/VC/Private Equity” at $2.50M, also in purple. “Corporate Executives” show $0.30M and “Corporate Entity” $0.25M, each with very small purple bars. “Americans Together” is listed at $1.02M with an orange bar, and “Other” is $1.22M with a gray bar. The graphic emphasizes that most funding—over half—comes from billionaires and heirs, with additional significant contributions from finance and private equity. Source: Federal Election Commission.

It’s a sign of the times that the people who funded the WelcomePAC report that’s telling Democrats they are “out of touch” with ordinary Americans are mostly billionaires, hedge fund managers, VCs, and corporate execs.

We’ll target 4 regions throughout the county with volunteering, donating food & collecting contributions to go to existing non-profits in the food insecurity space.

It’s a big job and we’re going to need help.

That’s where you come in. Standby for more info on where, when & how. #FeedGrafton

Worried about the impending food insecurity crisis? When the November federal $ doesn’t arrive, NH state government bandaids aren’t going to solve it. Hunger hurts us all. Democrats in Grafton County are mobilizing to spread out a month-long response to assist communities. #FeedGrafton

The New York Times’ “Moderation Advantage” Is a Statistical Illusion After accounting for money and incumbency the supposed electoral bonus for moderate candidates vanishes entirely.

Look. It would be great if there was one simple trick for winning elections. But 'just be more moderate' isn't it.

In fact, you can use the NYT's exact method to 'prove' a 'Progressive Advantage' of +1.4 pts.

This piece shows what's really going on: funded candidates do better than unfunded ones.
