Something I've always found funny among my friend group is how half of us are called by our irl name, and half of us are called by our usernames. We never really figured out why, but it's just stuck.

It's also weird to be called David outside of my irl/work life, I'm so used to Arcade

With mine, he's super timid but such a gentle soul! He also has a habit of picking new napping spots. Last month was a bookcase. This month it's the bath mat in the bathroom!

Aaaand, I'm getting my new phone delivered today too! I feel like I don't deserve all this happiness

The support they've given me throughout training has been equally incredible! I'm so used to being kicked down and being made to feel like nothing but a replaceable number, whereas here, I'm looked after, and given opportunities that I'd never believe I would have

Barely been part of my team at my new job 3 weeks, and they got me this massive hamper for my birthday yesterday, including a steam gift card! I'm overwhelmed! I'm not used to stuff like this!

After 9 and a half years, I'm finally able to leave my Tesco job... It's been rough, particularly over the last 3 years or so, but it's finally over... I can start fresh and progress with my life, instead of holding myself back...

Also, I made a Warlock with max Charisma, bumped it up to 22, had EVERYONE wanting to bone him immediately, and then somehow scuffed every single relationship opportunity to romance one character, when I already missed my one chance to do so. 10/10 character development

Tagging for spoilers, but I finally completed my first playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3, and I need to gush about how Karlach is one of my favourite characters, not just in the game, but in ANY game. I love her so much, and she is platonic soulmates with my character
