tbh the horse is, sort of, the easy part?? but so much of the rider is to do with tensing ur body to not let the horse flop you around too much. and who wants to animate muscle tension.... we all become animators to draw fluffy warrior cats bouncing around after all

ohoho im glad you noticed... im trying to push beyond like, simple follow-through animations, it's hard and seems counter intuitive but it's great when it pays off

having spent enough time around evrry kind of animal i can assure you the fear of horses is justified because theyre basically like if a guinea pig was responsible for your safety
