The standard of BBC Sport and @optajoe.com data has not been great recently. Take this example graph where the totals are double counted. Is this the best way to display this information? Absolutely not. It might not be Opta’s fault but you guys must be embarrassed by this.

Then why make it so easy to change accidentally?

I’ve lived in Lincoln for *coughs* years and regard myself as a bit of Lincoln fact buff. I found out this week that this tower is not in fact Lucy Tower, and is actually Observation tower. Mind blown. The actual Lucy Tower is pretty cool too, it has a tree in the middle!
