What about the Suburbs? Or semi rural areas? Thankfully my Small City pop 20,000 is walkable for groceries coffee restaurants clothes etc. But they put the new GOV offices 4 miles from downtown. Limited bus service gets me there. It takes 3 hrs o go to a 30 appt and get home Service ends at 6pm.
