But see to me, that’s not worth it because you have to pay fees and then you have to tip them and then there’s always something that makes it a lot more expensive to do it! Especially when you’re like me on a fixed income!

I have the option to use Door Dash with very limited, ever changing delivery options, but never use them. I meal-prep Sundays, make 2-3 things like lasagna, tacos/burritos & chili/soup & freeze individual servings. I get a variety of cheaper, healthier meals & less clean-up than cooking daily.

I get bored cooking for myself for 50 years but I will NEVER DoorTrash my meals.

I refuse to use DoorDash even though it's highly available. I'm a cheap-ass that will happily go pick up something to avoid delivery fees!

this is exactly where we live. 15 miles to the nearest restaurant, and in winter, that's not too attractive. But we do love to cook, and make sure we do can easy meals like stew, chili and tomato sauce
