Day 9, I have no idea what has happened the last couple of days. I have felt so damn run down and tired, but I'm happy to report that I am still free of cigarettes and nicotine!
Cravings and temptations aplenty, but I have not been swayed!

Day 6 of no cigarettes and Day 2 of no nicotine has been surprisingly easier to manage than the past couple of days. Here's hoping I can keep up this progress!

Day 4 has been an exhausting one so far. Still haven't touched a cig, but my god, the cravings!

Last night felt really rough, lots of nausea, but I am still cig free as of Day 3 now!

Edge of Eternity looks like so much fun. I'm unbelievably excited to play this.

Day 2 and just a little over 24 hours smoke free!
Last night cravings did not feel great, but I found that keeping focused on something and having my hands stay busy really helped

Update: 14 hours later, had three major cravings but I have not touched a single cigarette, go me!

Day 1: Nicotine Patch applied, and daughter has been fed. No cravings yet, but I'm still very tired 😂

I've finally plucked up the courage to see the stop smoking clinic and I'm getting a 12 week course to help me quit smoking altogether.
Tomorrow will be day 1 of no more cigarettes for me!
