I started at a micro gym with a trainer three years ago too. For the past year, I’ve really struggled with going and barely made it in. Reading your thread has been a great reminder of how much lifting helped reduce the issues from an old knee injury. Thank you for that!

Every now and then my legs get ambushed at 3 AM when I’m getting back into bed after using the bathroom. Gary weighs 22 pounds and has extra toes on his front feet, so that’s always a bad surprise. But mostly he is a very chill individual. 🥰
