I just uninstalled the BBC app from my phone. Today, when I tried to read articles on the app, a pay wall popped up. The BBC app wants $49.99/ year for unlimited access to the articles. This is another example of keeping the working poor disenfranchised. I guess I'll just have to read Fox News now.

Never Forget!…
We quit. It started with my husband avoiding the results of US v Canada men's hockey last Sunday. He had to avoid the news, so he kept the TV off, stayed away from his phone, etc. He noticed he felt better when his blood pressure wasn't rising every morning. Now it's become a new habit.
