Not specifically, but then again, we mashed so many game references in there that there might be something I'm not remembering.
Here's a Super Game Boy enhancement driver I need to finish some day. It uses a circular buffer in VRAM to communicate with the SNES at 60fps via a combination of command data and per-frame data, rather than joypad packets. This particular version allowed a Game Boy game to reuse Game Boy Color art.

I wanted players to improvise crazy fight choreographies that look like a Jackie Chan movie.
To my understanding, the physical retail copies are global and we have distribution planned for Europe.
It's not really a sequel. You could say it chronologically happens after the books and the anime, but it's its own self contained story.
