31.10.2023 18:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0'll also say directly: building a trauma-informed approach is not an overnight thing. It takes time. So don't expect miracles. But my hope is that #MappingMindfully offers folks an entry way into the practice that will extend well beyond the edge of this month-long container.
31.10.2023 18:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I'll say directly: this is not one of those scuzzy schemes to get you to sign up for something only to offer you no real content and simply pitch you a high investment program. That is not now nor will it ever be my practice.
31.10.2023 18:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My invitation is for folks to show up fully (in whatever capacity that is available to them at this time) for this time together...to bring their whole, human self to this experience and honor the investmentΒ of the time and energy we're allocating to this container.
31.10.2023 18:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My ask is that you please do not confuse "free" with low value or low impact.
31.10.2023 18:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As we beg for #CeasefireNOWThe the draw to be among intentional community and invite folks into the fold of trauma-informed work is unshakably present for me. And so I've decided to make the workshop available free of charge to lower what barriers to entry I can.
31.10.2023 18:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's been a goal of mine to host a program in November to offer alterative narratives to the hustle and grind of the 30 Day Map Challenge. But after coming back from NACIS and getting caught up on all the horrors taking place in Gaza, this drive took on a whole new resonance.

27.10.2023 16:23 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0a poster that reads: will there be teachings on introductory or traditional mapping techniques? No. Rather than focusing on the techniques of *how to map*, this space will be focused on techniques of how to integrate trauma-informed approaches into our mapping processes. So while all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome, previous engagement with a personal or professional mapping practice will serve you well. Additionally, as a marked departure from many visualization conversations, this space will *not* center on beautiful end products. Rather, participants are invited to use this container to explore the internal and external experiences of the mapping process.
