Some people mishandle others with ease because they’ve convinced themselves they are above accountability. Titles, platforms, and influence become convenient hiding places for arrogance and mistreatment. But authority without character always exposes itself eventually. You never win playing dirty.
It’s far easier to celebrate someone else’s win than to resent it. Let their success motivate you instead of distracting you. Nothing in life is owed, everything is earned, and sometimes even that isn’t enough. Celebrate, process, then get back to work.
