I'm Star Wars' key demographic. I have Star Wars toys, art, even tattoos. I've been to opening night of every movie since 1999. Watched all the shows. I won't be watching Mandalorian and Grogu or giving another $ to Disney unless they learn some of their own lessons and fight for our democracy.

canclled my Disney/Hulu/Max streaming bundle. While I've never cared for Jimmy Kimmel personally, his firing because of some very tame comments that touched a nerve with republicans is absolutely anti-free speech. I refuse to support Disney and ABC until they re-instate him &apologize to the people

My ranking of David Bowie's solo studio albums. Again, my opinions can change day to day. I know The Next Day is probably much lower on other people's rankings, but it's the first Bowie album I ever bought for myself and it's nostalgic for me.

An absolute classic for sure. It's the album that truly got me into Bowie's music

I always loved Eno's contributions on the Berlin Trilogy. The B-Side of Low in particular was my favorite

I really hope accelerationists were right and, ultimately, this rapidly descending political landscape will bring about radical, good change when it's all over. Feels like we're already rapidly approaching end-level dystopia, and it's only been, what, 8 months?

People complain all the time about neurodivergent behaviors, but can't understand why some of their behaviors make no sense to us. Even so, I know that many of us ND's would do anything to be neurotypical. I can't speak for everyone, but neurodivergence has made my life incredibly difficult at times

I don't endorse what happened, full stop. I do have to ask, how many people died because they took to heart his very outspoken and dangerous views on COVID? Those were fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters. They were human, too.

I'm glad that Voyager seems to be getting some love these days. I feel like it was, until recently, incredibly underrated. Sure, there are things that aren't perfect, but that's true of all Trek series'. It's one of my favorites to rewatch as well, along with (my favorite) DS9

Never buying a PNY hard drive again. Got a BSoD today out of the blue and now the drive is dead as a doornail. Shows up as SATAFIRM S11, and from what I'm reading it's almost certainly unrecoverable. Trying a few things, but it seems like this is goodbye to my old C: drive
