I get occasional praise in the workplace for things I am blasé about but not like. Things I work hard on that I’m proud of? Idk it’s tough. I don’t want pity kudos either and it’s like. Idk I’m sorry this is a vent of sorts.

And like idk I’m in a weird place where I am desperate for people to give me any kind of praise or validation for the things I care about and try hard to do? But the most I get for the things I care about is usually 👍 and moving on.
