I can’t cope with how cute Fred is sometimes, it’s like he’s been created by Disney.

Had a rough few days with PMDD, ADHD med appointments and stress - throughout he’s been my little familiar.

Please rescue, don’t shop.
Also if anyone you know has PMDD, be nice to them, it helps a lot.
