After 2020 Census, Oregon gained a seat & a portion of Portland was joined w Bend in the new map (as designed by D majority), thinking that Ds could get 5 of 6 seats. 2022: it didn't work. OR delegation went from 80%D to 67%D. In 2024 Janelle Bynum won that seat & the delegation is now 83% D. Good.

I'm all for "D" Reps....but a C.D. map that could result in 6 of 6 Oregon Districts containing D majorities is nearly (or in fact) impossible. Not to mention the fact that a Governor (i.e Tina Kotek) cannot "redistrict" a State.
