Is DECOLONIZING PHILANTHROPY combative?

My reflection:
Decolonization is not an end but a means towards achieving a common humanity. It is about restoring human dignity where it was, and often continues to be, violated. Decolonization is therefore a unifying, rather than a combative framework.

An estimated 1.3 billion people – or 16% of global population worldwide – experience a significant disability today. Persons with disabilities have the right to the highest attainable standard of health as those without disabilities.

The number of people with significant #disability has risen to 1 in 6.

Persons with disabilities are often disadvantaged in health care access and face stigma, abuse and neglect.
