I have a height adjustable desk and use it constantly, definitely worth my investment. I thought about a pedal but ultimately treadmill x standing was a better combo for me.

Sometimes there’s something so powerful about the pride you feel when stepping off the train at your home subway stop after a late night and walking home.

Bought an under-desk treadmill and have been using it for at least 1hr 4 days/week (goal is daily) to stop being absolutely stagnant all day every day. It's great but I now also have the unrealistic expectation that I'm magically going to lose 10 pounds and you can't convince me otherwise.
