Don't assume that the gods can't betray you. If anything, they're known for it.

What's odd to me is that the files included SEEM to indicate that deleveling the world was something on the table. There's an unused esp that indicates a system similar to how Skyrim handles (IE better) that's now mostly empty and unused. So what the fuck. This isn't very Todd of them.

Unleveled Item Rewards Makes all leveled items in the game unleveled, because this very concept infuriates me. Like my god, why? WHY? What kind of insanity made anyone think this was a good idea?

So Oblivion Remastered still has level scaling, despite this one aspect of the game being legendarily absolute shit.
