Exactly, every single person that has lived in NYC has had to deal with the subway being “daunting.” It’s huge. There are a million stops. My whole family has lived in the Bronx their entire lives and anytime they go to a place in BK/Queens they don’t know wtf they’re doing lol.

And also, painting it as an “eye-opening” account, as if everyone that has moved to or visited NYC hasn’t experienced the same exact thing, is kind of weird. The only thing that would qualify as “eye opening” is that she refused to even try it.

The issue with this is that she refused to use it and then decided to complain about how hard it was to get around the city, and that made her trip worse. The subway is absolutely overwhelming when you first try it, but pull out your phone, pause, take a deep breath, read the signs, and try.

Only issue with that is the NBA teams owning G-League teams. Too much conflict of interest there. Arsenal isn’t playing against Arsenal II in the FA Cup
