i saw on the wiki before i started reading a whole lot that phyla and heather were lovers and i expected that to be a more recent thing but they kinda start wanting to fuck as soon as they're alone in a room together at the end of captain marvel vol5 it's kinda refreshing in a way

i think its awesome that moondragon turns into an actual dragon and that her wife rides her

maybe im just biased cuz it was my first exposure to the character, but i really just feel like the cosmic invasion costume is the perfect look for her

i suppose it dont like it for the same reasons i dont really like mar-vell's costume either

speaking of her quasar costume, it would look a lot better if it has a little bit of black on it. like its not the worst, i just wish it had better color blocking lol

i really like how cosmic invasion kinda merges phyla's quasar design and captain marvel design into one. i guess that's why they call her phyla-vell and not either of those two superhero names

and even though every artist in the run after him drew phyla with the standard "comic book woman" body type, im happy that paul azaceta drew her and genis with basically the same shape

the whole time in volume 5 i was just like genny!!!! what are you doing !!!!!! cut it out!!!!!! and then phyla showed up and kicked his shit in and it was awesome but after that it just felt a little meandering
