On my list as a moonbow, but I will change it forthwith.
I remember telling some Oxfordshire birders about it the next day and they were going to come up and twitch it, but amazingly 🙄, it didn’t happen that night.

You can get a moonbow as well, can’t you?
I remember walking back to the Garrison camp site (St Mary’s, I o S) and seeing one across the sea as a squall came towards us.
Like a grey rainbow

Managed to borrow our car off of the eldest child🙄.
Got down to Summer Leys as the fog lifted a bit.
Pintail, Golden Plover (7) and 5 Snipe were the best.
Water levels very low still, but the management work on the islands looks good 👌.

Bypassed the 2 county rares this morning 🤦🏻‍♂️ for a failed attempt at the Lesser Yellowlegs at Etton Maxey pits.
Probably hunkered down in the corner somewhere as Storm Amy was rattling through.
Did manage a Rock Pipit and a Greenshank though.

I’m guessing that Anderson and Wharton are pretty similar midfielders and RLC gives you a different dimension🤷🏻‍♂️

I love RLC ,powerful runner with the ball, supremely skilful etc.
Do think Tuchel should be looking at Wharton though.
I know he’s trying to narrow down his final squad, but I do feel the Wales game is a chance to look at new players.

I saw the Roadford res Bufflehead. An absolute beauty.

I just remember us young whipper snappers from Rotherham cooing over the word ‘vermaculations’ as well as the duck.

Racing down from my parents to Sophie’s parents in London.
Stopped into Rutland in failing light, big raft of Pochard in choppy waters, couldn’t see it.
Left the hide in the dark😭
