Marvel Land/Talmit's Adventure is one of very few games from my childhood that I played through and beat on each difficulty level.

I ran KGEN98 in DOS mode on my 486 PC, playing Phantasy Star IV with heavy lag (it ran at like 70% speed or something), and that's how I first *finished* that game.

It's... a caveman themed Pacman clone, basically. Though it does have a 2-player mode, which is interesting.

Myeah, it really depends on what you're seeking to get out of a game. Savestates can be a very useful tool in helping to beat a game or turn RNG-related aspects in your favor, but if your aim is to *get better* at the game, then you probably want to leave the option alone.

Also, like... switching to crypto isn't magically going to cause Steam and Itch to stop policing their stores at the credit card companies' behest.

It's not just the "when" that can be critiqued, also the content of said statement.
It was worded very vaguely, which left a bunch of things open to interpretation - and, naturally, people were quick to assume the worst interpretation possible.

That's cool and all, but images all still auomatically convert to dithered, lossy JPG. Can we, like... at least have PNG or something?

With all due respect, it is the laborer's job to handle these calls. Of course, you should be polite. But if repetitive calls are "making their life miserable", they should escalate the issue to their manager, and tell them that it's becoming too much. Which is precisely the point of doing this.
