I mean, if you insist on allowing your own intelligence to dribble out and dry up by outsourcing your thinking to a bullshit machine, you probably WILL have to buy something resembling it back in later... but by then you won't be able to tell if it's real or not.

Never mind oil & war, am still processing where my youngest (20) brought her boyfriend home for the weekend. The first of his kind from any child. They were adorable, then broke my toilet leading to a flood the only the fire brigade could stop. We got on fine tho

Just caught show - so sorry to hear Katherine’s news. Some lovely moments amongst Eldorado/Changing Rooms (required horror we tune in for) where you say important stuff ab looking after each other in worst times. K with 1 touch stopping you from justifiably going in on pharmacy fuckwit. Love, innit

Give all the awards, including the Nobel ones, and money, to the continuation of “unserious” entertainment that we need

@iainlee.com on a “YouTube vault shuffle getting ready in the morning” listen, there’s a NYD 2018 ep where your boys were in the studio, one wanted to ask if ppl had seen a ghost, then got scared. It’s adorable, hope you/they hear it back all these years on. My older teens love reminiscing like that

Something of the modern Odyssey about uni kids homecoming & then re-trek where they HAVE to respect your wisdom if they’re going to fit presents into same luggage & manage a replacement bus home. I’ve gained candles & bath bombs

I really enjoy this program - great every week but this episode is particularly good - funny, insightful.

A funny brilliant show. Thank you @mredbyrne.bsky.social for doing it & streaming it for us to privately enjoy many moments we laugh +/cos you said THOSE things, not us. Left me thinking about your family & my own after. About mine: playlists - keep contact, & add an inappropriate song each smite

“When you’ve stopped pulling your foreskin back” is my particular fave host line of the run so far. Using it in meetings

Enjoying these. The combo of you in huffy-puffy “Hello…you rang me” blousey irritation mode + new audience who aren’t used to the genre/quite sure what to do with it or you is refreshing unpredictable fun!

One of the funniest task attempts on #Taskmaster ever and that’s a high bar - Reece and Maisie guessing a name in the lab

The Noel Clarke case is a good reminder that investigative journalism done well changes opinion & rumour into facts to get the right outcome, even when the consequences are saddening

Having a shitty week & the YT algorithm fed me old Iain Lee radio content - so funny, cured a mood funk, in an important silly way akin to the mental health service Taskmaster performs

Iain v Ian/Paul Ross pisscapade rolls into “someone did something to my car” which is mostly you & Katherine being silent until someone rings in & apologises for defecating on a windscreen - but that isn’t “it”. So funny, a reminder of masterful audio entertainment

Ian who keeps asking about the radio line up changes, ended only when you tell him Paul Ross pissed on the bosses car

@iainlee.com the “a very drunk and sweary man” video just popped up on my YouTube, and what a thing! It’s really delicate, the skill of both you & Katherine. My kids would call it “standing on business”

There is no room for quite complicated tax mistakes. There is only space for capitalistic deliberate tax/NI avoidance & evasion, unchallenged racism and genocide. Got it
