Blinks. Stares some more. There's a cat laying on one of the divans in the living room. Alhaitham does not have a cat. The cat stands and stretches, it's little back arching before it circles and lays back down, facing away from him this time. It's all black and very fluffy, getting its fur everywhere Alhaitham assumes, and it seems completely unbothered by his sudden arrival.

I dunno how much people have noticed but I've been experimenting a lot with my painting style lately. I've honestly been going with "if it felt fun to put down, it's hopefully fun to look at." And that's been kinda liberating.

Anyway here's a robot.

back when i was in uni i rendered my plant anatomy postlabs so well as stress-relief

learned later on from a friend in another lab class that the prof wanted to keep the postlabs to herself which was flattering to hear tbh

i had a memory of when i was in uni and drew a sumeru akademiya version of it,,

me, replying to my co-workers:

Stay strong. Walk a path you can look back on with pride. Every obstacle you make it through is an achievement. Every detour a part of your journey. When you need to rest, look back at how far you've come and remember that you can still go wherever you want to when you're ready.
