-(1) disproportionatly affects low-income residents
And they are more likely to move to
-(2) older buildings
-(3) lower-income neighbourhoods

These inequalities in moving patterns (2 & 3) are less prevalent for non-profit displacement

We analysed 𝐰𝐡𝐨 was displaced due to housing redevelopment and 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 displaced people moved (location and housing type)

We analyzed a data set of geo-coded individual-level data on all 1.5 million residents in the Zurich region
